We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Returned items must be free from signs of use, damage, washing, alteration, or missing parts unless the item arrived defective or damaged.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to return your item.

Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving return authorization. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We do not charge any restocking fees for eligible returns.

Damages and Issues

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the item you have and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled. In such cases, you may request a return after receiving your order in accordance with this policy.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

To qualify, the item must be unused, unworn, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Lost Packages

If your package is lost during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate and assist you in resolving the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 2 business days and automatically issued to your original payment method.

Please note that your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
