We proudly offer free shipping on most orders within the United States and select international locations.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order has been placed and payment has been successfully confirmed.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays. During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed.

If there is a significant delay in processing your order, we will contact you via email.

4. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a tracking link to monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Shipping Delays & Carrier Issues

While we strive to deliver all orders within the estimated delivery timeframe, Beribora is not responsible for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Customs inspections or border clearance delays

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Carrier disruptions or delays (USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc.)

If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact our support team and we will gladly assist you.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

6. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Beribora is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Shipping availability may vary depending on destination country regulations and carrier limitations.

If we are unable to ship to your location after an order has been placed, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if applicable.
